This role is not for everyone. Commission sales is the “fierce storm” and only those with the grit and determination to not only survive, but “ride the storm winds to unfathomable heights” should apply for this.
We are looking for just such a Master to join our team who shares our vision to protect individuals, solopreneurs, and small businesses under 10 staff from downtime, data loss, and security threats through Managed IT Services – throughout the country. This individual will prove instrumental in our vision of providing these solutions to hundreds, even thousands, of clients nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client’s needs and offer an ideal solution for those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals. They will also have strong familiarity and past experience selling IT services and/or Tech-industry solutions (like Telecommunications) to small businesses.
And perhaps most importantly, the ideal candidate will not only be comfortable with a commission-only role, but get excited by and thrive in such a role.
- Identify and target sales lead
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Set and exceed sales quotas
- Prospect clients and understand their needs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Google Workspace suite and customer relationship management software
- Ability to thrive independently and autonomously without “hand-holding” or “micromanaging”
- Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment is a MUST
- At least 10 years in Sales
- At least 5 years in IT-related Sales
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve or exceed them regularly
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
- Experience in managing a book of business
