Steve Benne is the owner and Chef of Molto Benne Catering and has been in business for over 21 years. Steve is an honor graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, with training in French and Mediterranean food preparation. He has also studied at the Ristorante Mare Kambo in Sicily, Italy. His interests include the development of diabetic/sugar free desserts, along with a healthier approach to cooking good food in a more mindful way to better living.
